WAC Performing Arts and Media College is based at InterChange Trust at the Hampstead Town Hall Centre. This is located in Belsize Park, within the borough of Camden. We are very close to Belsize Park tube station on the northern line and are served by several buses, which stop outside the centre.

As local parking facilities are very limited, we recommend you use public transport when visiting the centre.

By bus:
These buses stop a few yards from WAC and the Hampstead Town Hall Centre
on Haverstock Hill, at the shopping parades in Belsize Park:
168 from Elephant and Castle and Hampstead,
C11 from Brent Cross and Archway,
268 from Golders Green bus station and Finchley Road O2 centre.

These buses stop nearby
at South End Green, a few minutes walk from the centre:
24 from Victoria and South End Green
46 bus also stops here on its route from Farringdon Street to Lancaster Gate.
From the South End Green terminus, walk up the hill along Pond Street, with the Royal Free Hospital on your left. Continue until you reach the traffic lights at the top and next to St Stephens Church (which is currently being restored). At the traffic lights, next to the church, walk down Rosslyn Hill to Haverstock Hill, alongside the green space by the church. Walk past the taxi rank and the Rosary School on your left. Continue until you reach the second pelican crossing, which is opposite the Hampstead Town Hall Centre, on the right.

By underground:
about two minutes walk from the station:
The nearest underground station is Belsize Park on the Northern Line. From the station, turn right and walk up the hill until you reach the pelican crossing over Haverstock Hill. Cross the road here and the Hampstead Town Hall Centre is in front of you and to your right.

By rail:
about ten-fifteen minutes walk from the station – mainly up-hill:
Hampstead Heath rail station is served by the London Overground. From the station, turn left onto South Hill Park road and walk towards the shops on South End Road. Cross South End Road by the zebra crossing in front of you. Turn left and walk past the bus stand and ornamental seating area on your left, until you reach the corner opposite Marks and Spencer and the flower stall. Turn right at this corner and walk up Pond Street until you reach the traffic lights at the top and next to St Stephens Church (which is currently being restored). Cross Pond Street at the lights, and then walk down Rosslyn Hill to Haverstock Hill, alongside the green space by the church. Walk past the taxi rank and the Rosary School on your left. Continue until you reach the second pelican crossing, which is opposite the Hampstead Town Hall Centre, on the right.

By bicycle:
The centre is located on Haverstock Hill, rising from Chalk Farm to the centre of Hampstead. We are located 100 yards up the hill from Belsize Park tube station and have on-site parking for bicycles.

By car:
From the south at Chalk Farm and from Camden Town:
Follow Chalk Farm Road until you reach Chalk Farm Tube Station. Take the right hand fork and travel up Haverstock Hill, through several sets of traffic lights and pelican crossings, past the Richard Steele pub on your left and until you reach Belsize Park Tube station on your right. From here, the Hampstead Town Hall Centre is a little way further up the hill and on your left.
From the north at Archway:
From Archway, follow the signs to Camden until you reach Tufnell Park Tube station on your left. Continue straight down Fortess Road and then on to Kentish Town Road, past Kentish Town Tube and Thameslink Station on your left. Carry on until you reach the traffic lights at Prince of Wales Road, where you take the right hand filter lane, with a CarpetRight store on your left and Pizza Express on your right opposite. Turn right at this junction onto Prince of Wales Road, continue under the Kentish Town West BR Station Bridge and cross over the traffic lights at the junction with Malden Road. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right up Haverstock Hill and continue for about a mile up to Belsize Park tube station on your right. The Hampstead Town Hall Centre is a little further up the hill on your left.

Car parking:
We have parking facilities for disabled badge holders. Please call 020 7692 5800 to arrange parking for disabled badge holders. We also have limited parking spaces available for use under special circumstances and by prior arrangement only. There is no parking for visitors to the Hampstead Town Hall Centre except for disabled badge holders or by prior arrangement.

There is very limited pay-and-display, on-street parking in surrounding streets, but this is within a residential parking zone and pay-and-display bays are subject to varying maximum time limits.
